CSFCCA originated in 2023 as a science fiction and film professional organization focused on science fiction and cultural creativity.
CSFCCA International AI Film Festival is dedicated to discovering and celebrating outstanding screen productions that demonstrate creativity, artistic value, and forward‑looking potential in the AI era. It serves as an international platform connecting creators, the audiovisual industry, and emerging technologies.
We look beyond technology alone. Our focus is on how creators use AI to broaden imagination, forge distinctive visual styles, and produce meaningful works with emotional depth, artistic perspective, and contemporary relevance.
Held in seasonal editions, the festival welcomes global submissions across a wide range of genres, formats, and production scales. Eligible works include narrative films, animations, music videos, experimental films, commercials, and innovative visual projects.
In addition to the international online submission and jury evaluation process, CSFCCA AIFF will include an in-person official screening and industry exchange event in TAIPEI, providing a physical platform for selected works, festival presentations, and professional dialogue.
科幻文創 （簡稱CSFCCA） 創立於 2023 年，以科幻影視與文化創意為核心，發展成為專注於科幻文化與影像創作的專業組織。
CSFCCA 以科幻為主題，2026年正式舉辦國際 AI 電影節（CSFCCA International AI Film Festival） （簡稱CSFCCA AIFF）致力於發掘並表揚在 AI 時代中展現創意、藝術價值與前瞻潛力的優秀影像作品，並建立一個串聯創作者、影視產業與新興科技的國際平台 。
我們關注的不只是技術本身，更重視創作者如何運用 AI 拓展想像力、建立獨特的視覺風格，並創作出兼具情感深度、藝術觀點與當代意義的作品。
影展採季度形式舉辦，面向全球徵件，涵蓋多元類型、形式與製作規模。參賽作品包括劇情片、動畫、音樂錄影帶、實驗影像、廣告作品，以及各類創新影像專案。
除國際線上徵件與評審機制外，CSFCCA AIFF 亦將於台北舉辦實體官方放映暨產業交流活動，為入選作品、影展內容發表及專業對話提供實體交流平台。

Creators and some of the winning works will be included in the CSFCCA AIFF Industry Recommendation Program and recommended to relevant film companies, studios, streaming platforms, distributors, brands, and creative partners.

CSFCCA-AIFF 評審團由兩大核心力量組成：獲獎大師電影專業人士，以及來自多元產業領域的領袖與創意先行者。
我們相信，科幻電影的未來，早已超越單一的電影框架。它連結科技、藝術、文化、半導體產業與人類想像，也因此需要來自不同專業與視野的共同觀看。

The judging panel is composed of distinguished professionals who have been honored with major film, television, music, and creative awards.
The panel includes directors, producers, filmmakers, visual storytellers, musicians, and other creative professionals who are recipients of prestigious honors, including the Golden Horse Awards, Golden Bell Awards, Golden Melody Awards, Hong Kong Film Awards, and other internationally recognized awards.
Drawing upon their refined artistic vision and extensive creative experience, the Jury evaluates works based on narrative depth, aesthetic expression, emotional impact, and innovative value.
評審團由多位在電影、電視、音樂及創意領域獲得重要獎項肯定的傑出專業人士組成。
評審成員涵蓋導演、製片人、影像創作者、視覺敘事藝術家、音樂人及其他創意專業人士，並包括曾獲金馬獎、金鐘獎、金曲獎、香港電影金像獎、亞洲電影大獎，以及其他國際知名獎項肯定的創作者與業界代表。
評審團將憑藉其深厚的藝術判斷力與豐富的創作經驗，從敘事深度、美學表現、情感感染力與創新價值等面向，對參賽作品進行專業評選。
The Jury of Industry Leaders consists of industry founders, senior executives, and accomplished professionals with extensive experience and recognized achievements across their respective fields.
Their expertise spans filmmaking, animation, visual effects, post-production, music, advertising, branding, technology, and digital content creation.
They evaluate submissions not only based on creativity and artistic excellence, but also on execution, innovation, industry relevance, and real-world impact.
產業領袖評審團匯聚各領域的產業創辦人、高階主管與資深專業人士，成員皆具備豐富實務經驗與卓越產業成就。
其專業背景涵蓋電影、動畫、視覺特效、影視後期、音樂、廣告、品牌、科技半導體、國際投資界與數位內容創作等領域。
評審團將從創意表現、藝術完成度、執行能力、商業模式、創新價值、產業關聯性與實際影響力等面向，評選作品在創作與產業層面的綜合潛力。
The Festival operates under a Dual Jury System to ensure a fair, professional, and comprehensive evaluation process.
The Award-Winning Masters Jury is composed of internationally recognized filmmakers, award-winning artists, and distinguished creative professionals with outstanding achievements in their respective fields. The Jury plays a leading role in evaluating the Festival’s highest honors, including the Grand Prize, Jury Grand Prize, and Quarterly Best Film Award.
Technical, craft, and category-specific awards are evaluated by the Jury of Industry Leaders, whose members include filmmakers, media professionals, creative industry executives, AI creators, and award-winning artists from a wide range of disciplines.
Members of both juries may participate in the evaluation of different award categories as determined by the Festival. All official selections are subject to jury review and evaluation. The Festival reserves the right to determine jury assignments, evaluation procedures, category placements, and final award decisions. In the event of a tie, the Jury will determine the final result based on creativity, overall execution, and development potential. Awards may be withheld if no submission meets the required standards.
影展採行雙評審團制度，以確保評選過程具備公平性、專業性與完整性。
獲獎大師評審團由國際知名電影人、獲獎藝術家，以及在各自專業領域具有傑出成就的創意專業人士組成。該評審團將主導影展最高榮譽獎項之評選，包括金火星大獎、評審團大獎及季度最佳影片獎等重要獎項。
技術類、工藝類及各類別專項獎項，則由產業領袖評審團進行評選。該評審團成員包括電影工作者、媒體專業人士、創意產業高階主管、AI 創作者，以及來自不同領域的獲獎藝術家與專業人士。
兩組評審團成員得依本影展安排，參與不同獎項類別之評選。
所有正式入選作品均須經由評審團審閱與評估。
影展保留評審分工、評選程序、獎項類別歸屬及最終得獎決定之權利。
同分由評審團就創意、完成度與發展潛力討論決定；未達標準時獎項得從缺。
